From 2015–2025, Frances was the Proprietor of First National Rochedale and Mount Gravatt. During this time she achieved multiple awards, including Business Development Manager of the Year (Qld) and ‘The Elite’ Real Estate Award, and in 2024 was awarded and she consistently set record sale prices across the Logan region thanks to her exceptional negotiation skills and strategic marketing.
